* Lead global productization, scaling, and deployment of robotics and automation solutions across operations
* Identify and partner with technology vendors and innovation ecosystems
* Govern and improve the Accelerated Digitalization & Automation productization framework
* Collaborate with global, regional, and site leadership to define deployment strategies and monitor SLA performance
* Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management including vendor governance and continuous improvement
* Shape target operating models (people, processes, tools) and represent digital innovation in senior forums and industry events
Responsabilità
* Strong leadership experience managing global teams in robotics, automation, or digital product environments
* Deep expertise in logistics operations and supply chain with solid tech knowledge (robotics, automation, AI, analytics)
* Proven track record in product management, program delivery, and large-scale technology deployments
* Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders globally
* Strong commercial and vendor management capabilities including governance and partnerships
* Bachelor's degree; Master’s preferred; extensive experience in logistics, technology, and program leadership environments
