Business Development Specialist – EOS Apps for Partners
EOS Solutions, one of Europe’s leading Microsoft partners specialized in Dynamics 365 Business Central, is expanding its global partner ecosystem — and we’re looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our EOS Apps for Partners division.

What You’ll Do
As part of our global growth team, you will:
* Recruit new partners worldwide
* Identify potential partners across Europe, North America, LATAM, APAC, and the Middle East
* Analyze local Microsoft BC ecosystems and map opportunities
* Drive first contact & activation
* Lead intro conversations and present our Microsoft‑certified EOS Apps
* Understand partner needs and business models
* Support & enable our partners
* Deliver onboarding sessions, training, demos, and best practices
* Help partners build their first opportunities
* Collaborate with Microsoft
* Work with Microsoft Partner Development Specialists globally
* Join industry events and strengthen EOS brand visibility
* Track performance & optimize
* Manage your pipeline, KPIs, and continuously improve partner experience
