TEAM & CLIENTELING MANGER/ HIGH LUXURY BRAND /MILAN
Responsibilities:
* Support the management team in the conduction of the Store
* Team Management (about 15 people Staff)
* Continuously analyze the customer journey and its KPIs, identifying trends and proposing concrete improvement actions.
* Build a strong customer experience
* Setting performance targets and driving department productivity and profitability
* Ensure that customer service and the store environment are always presented at the optimum level
* Customer discovery, personalization, and relationship-building processes
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
* Fluent spoken English and Italian
* At least 5 years in managerial role for Luxury Brands or Hospitality
* Business driven and detailed oriented
* Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers
* Confident, enthusiastic and positive
* Problem solving
