Fueguia is looking for a passionate and dedicated Part- or Full-Time Sales Assistant to join our gallery boutique. As a brand ambassador, you will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving the store’s sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a personalized shopping experience that reflects Fueguia’s brand values.
* Build and maintain lasting client relationships through attentive presence on the shop floor and engaging storytelling.
* Assist with daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
* Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets by applying effective and engaging sales techniques.
* Ensure the store’s visual presentation consistently aligns with brand guidelines.
Profile
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in luxury or high-end retail.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
* High professionalism, attention to detail, and adaptability.
* A passion for culture, fragrance, and craftsmanship is a plus.
Languages Required
* Fluent in English and your native language (required).

As a Sales Assistant / Sales Specialist at Entalpia Europe, you will be responsible for driving the initial stages of the sales process for us and assisting and cooperating well with our Sales Team. Your primary goal will be to identify potential new business customers, generate leads, set up appointments and nurture the pipeline working closely with the Sales Team, Operations and Logistics to ultimately close the deals.
