A true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem. /ppbWhat you will do /b /ppSupporting integrated supply chain Controlling function, business partnering with Central Logistic Organization, in charge of developing and deploying a new set of tools for financial analyses on primary and secondary logistic performance, capable to bring the organization to the next level in terms of data visibility and capability to drive business decisions. /ppThe position encompasses high level of exposure at top management level, requires strong analytical skills, capability to read the external environment and capability to influence while being a strong and reliable business partner driving actions and supporting the strategy. /ppbManagerial Responsibilities : /b /pulliDevelop Harmonized set of reporting for Business and finance Leadership /liliDrive process improvement on Logistic Area in cooperation with Central Logistic team. /liliGuarantee the right representation of Logistic cost inside the product cost for new products and existing range. /liliCooperate with Markets, Product Lines and central team in the identification of areas of improvement and productivity actions. /liliGuarantee the right level of visibility to the corporation about Logistic performance. /li /ulpbControlling Responsibilities : /b /pliSupport Controlling and Reporting activities; provide visibility of performances on primary and secondary logistic costs to the Logistic team and broader organization. /liliMonth End Closure (MEC) Reporting Process : Logistic variances /lipbMonthly forecast /b /pliCoordinate Budget process and Logistic Standard costs calculation /lipDrive visibility on business opportunities through one-off analyses and business cases /pliEnable the tracking of business performance versus Target; /liliEnable C-SOX requirements adherence and full compliance to group policies. /liliDevelop clear guidelines and internal policies capable to drive standardization of tools and processes. /liliCoordinate the resource in charge of transfer price calculation /lipbSupporting Role : /b /pliProviding cross functional support and guidance to Group integrated supply chain controller /liliParticipation in regular meetings within the scope of supporting logistic transformation. /liliParticipate in cross functional meetings with the aim to support the finance transformation journey. /lipWhat you need to succeed /ppMust have /ppuEducation : /u University degree in Economics, Engineering management /ppProfessional experience : Integrated Supply Chain controlling experience +4 years, international profile (ideally) /ppbTechnical Skills : /b /ppGood knowledge of accounting and strong 360 degrees understanding of procurement, logistic and manufacturing operations /ppGood knowledge of internal control setup /ppAbility to simplify complex processes and drive implementation /ppGood knowledge of excel, SAP, HFM (preferred), Data warehousing, Oracle EPM suite); /ppSoft Skills : /ppbStrong leadership skills to drive execution. /b /ppStrong functional independence in the way of working and ability to partner with its stakeholders. /ppStrong resilience, ability to challenge status quo, initiate and drive continuous change, and a spirit of evolution /ppManagement Experience in a Multinational Environment (strongly recommended); /ppManagement Experience in Manufacturing Environment (Preferred) /ppGood interpersonal and networking skills, both within the finance community and the Function of reference, as well as with other members of the broader team; /ppAbility to operate in a matrix organization; /ppResults focused, solution-oriented with a proactive and positive approach; /ppExcellent organizational and planning skills; /ppWillingness for evolution within an international finance community /ppuLanguage : /u English and Italian (required).
