**Job Title**: Project Manager - EMEA
**Location**: Europe/UK
**Contract Duration**: 1 year (with potential for extension)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support of the EMEA VP of Operations, assisting with multiple high level projects including the implementation of the Microsoft Business Central ERP system and distribution center footprint re-structuring across multiple countries in Europe.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the planning and implementation of the Microsoft Business Central ERP system across various European countries.
- Manage large, complex, multi-country projects, ensuring successful delivery within set timeframes and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams in IT and Operations, along with business teams, to achieve project objectives.
- Help to perform analysis on various operational areas in support of projects such as transportation costs.
- Assist with other large, pan-Europe projects in support of future needs.
- Serve as the primary contact for project communications, effectively managing stakeholder expectations across various levels of the organization.
- Develop and maintain project plans using tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Asana, encompassing resource allocation, timelines, and risk management.
- Regularly monitor and report on project progress to senior leadership, identifying and addressing potential issues or delays.
- Conduct and lead project meetings, providing clear and concise project updates.
- Influence and effectively work within a matrix, cross-functional team environment.
- Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in delivering large, complicated, multi-country projects.
- Experience in leading both IT, Operations and Finance projects, particularly with ERP and warehouse management systems.
- Excellent leadership skills, capable of managing and inspiring diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Experience integrating new and diverse organizations into a rapidly growing business unit.
- Strong communication skills, proficient in English, with fluency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish being advantageous.
- Expertise in project management tools like Smartsheet, Jira, and Asana.
- Ability to work effectively with staff at all organizational levels.
- Travel throughout Europe and the UK required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Operations Management, or a related field.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is preferred.
