Ph3Experteer Overview /h3pAs Team Leader Engineering you will coordinate Varisco’s New Product Development efforts within the Engineering department, driving design activities and ensuring alignment with Atlas Copco's Concept to Product guidelines. You lead a cross‑functional NPD team to deliver new products and components from feasibility through serial production, maintaining the product portfolio. You will shape engineering processes, manage risks and costs, and ensure compliant documentation.
