Job Description:

Our client, a reputable Financial Services company based in Nicosia, is seeking a Compliance Officer & Corporate Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience in corporate administration and a background in financial services to contribute to a well-established organisation that values integrity and efficiency. The ideal candidate is expected to have good knowledge of corporate processes and ensure the company follows regulations and complies with legislation. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Formation of companies with the Registrar of Companies and ongoing administration
* Preparation and drafting of corporate documents (Minutes, Resolutions, POAs, Incumbency Certificates, AGMs, etc.)
* Filing and updating the companies’ files within the Registrar of Companies e-Filing system / counter
* Filing of corporate changes within the Registrar of Companies e-Filing system / counter (Directors, Shareholders, Registered office address, etc.)
* Registering companies to ARIADNI and operating the ARIADNI portal and the Registrar of Companies e-Filing system (UBO REGISTER)
* Arranging for legalization of documents (certifying officer, Apostille)
* Liaising with organizations, governmental departments, etc.
* Organizing courier and mail correspondence
* Filing, maintaining, and updating the company’s records, systems, files, etc. (in paper and digital form)
* Performing any other duties as required
CANDIDATE PROFILE
* University degree / Diploma in Business Administration
* At least 2 years of experience in corporate administration
* Fluent in both English and Greek
* Experience in opening bank accounts
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and high attention to detail
* Responsibility and reliability
