Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Follonica for a CES (Customer Engagement Specialist). The role involves maintaining client relationships, assessing customer financial requirements, and offering tailored financial solutions.
Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing loan proposals, liaising with other departments, and ensuring the timely resolution of customer inquiries. The CES is expected to deliver exceptional client service while driving business growth by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client relationship management, customer service, and interpersonal communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing financial data and crafting customized solutions
- Knowledge of Commercial Mortgages, Bridging Finance, and Property Development financing
- Experience in High Net Worth Mortgage services, Buy-To-Let Property Loans, or Asset Finance is advantageous
- Organizational and time-management skills for managing client accounts and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in financial software and tools is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
