Ph3bProcess Engineer - Composite Components - F1 /b /h3pbWho We Are /b /ppThe story of the Dallara Group began in 1972, when Engineer Giampaolo Dallara, after significant work experiences at Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, and De Tomaso, founded "Dallara Automobili da Competizione" in Varano de' Melegari, a small town near Parma. /ppToday, the Dallara Group is made up of over 850 Dallara People and is one of the leading companies in the design, development, and production of high-performance racing cars. Dallara is the sole supplier for the following championships: IndyCar, IndyNXT, Formula 2, Formula 3, EuroFormula, Formula E, and Super Formula. Additionally, it develops and manufactures some of the cars competing in the WEC and IMSA championships and provides consulting services in other series, including NASCAR. /ppSince the early 2000s, the Dallara Group has been offering specialized consulting and professional support to manufacturers and racing teams to develop both racing and road vehicles. /ppOn November 16, 2016, the Dallara Stradale was unveiled—the first road car bearing the Dallara brand, embodying Engineer Dallara’s dream and synthesizing nearly 50 years of innovation. Later, the Dallara EXP was developed, a track-only version of the Stradale, representing the essence of sporting spirit with extreme performance and FIA safety standards. /ppIn recent years, the Dallara Group has also begun collaborating on the development of solutions for the aerospace sector. /ppbThe Role /b /ppAs a Process Engineer, you will join the Process Engineering team within the Design Research department of Dallara Automobili, a company of the Dallara Group specializing in design, pre-series production, and testing for the Group’s three Business Units (Racing, Automotive, and Aerospace Defence). /ppIn this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring technical activities related to the analysis, setup, control, and approval of the production process for structural components made of composite materials (such as chassis and wings), primarily developed for the F1 motorsport sector. /ppYou will oversee the entire production cycle with the goal of setting up and stabilizing processes and solving any issues, providing continuous support to production departments. /ppActivities will mainly be carried out on-site, but occasional short trips within Italy to suppliers or clients may be required.
