Job Summary

About the Role
* The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
* You will conduct thorough market research to identify trends, monitor competitors, and proactively adapt sales strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
* Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives to promote our digital marketing services and drive new business opportunities.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling.
* Analyze sales performance through key KPIs and sales reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize sales results.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns that generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
* Represent the company's image and promote our products by participating in global events and trade fairs.
* Train, motivate, and manage a team to ensure high performance and meet business objectives.
Requirements
* Degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication, or similar fields.
* At least 4-6 years of experience in the role, preferably in digital sector companies.
* Experience in contract closing with a deal value of 100K+.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Broad knowledge of the English language (B2/C1).
* Negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
* Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools.
* Networking skills and relationship building expertise.
