LTT.SRL, an innovative BIM design and development company, is looking for a BIM Specialist in the structures discipline to join the team in their Rome office. The selected candidate will be part of a young and dynamic work group and will continuously interface with the BIM Coordinator and BIM Manager through daily and weekly reporting on development, ongoing BIM activities, calculations, and reports, in order to comply with operational development procedures, standards, and delivery timelines.The ability to independently perform structural calculations and seismic vulnerability assessments is highly desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesCreation and management of Structural BIM models using Revit software for all project phases; Creation and management of parametric families; Management of point cloud data for Scan-to-BIM modeling; Export and management ofIFC models; Drafting of technical documents, reports and project documentation starting from the BIM model; Required skillsAdvanced knowledge of Revit software; Good knowledge of other software in the AEC Collection suite, particularly Navisworks Manage, Dynamo, Civil 3D, AutoCAD; Independent knowledge ofstructural analysis software; Knowledge of collaborative work through remote AcDat BIM360; Knowledge of computational data extraction procedures and preferably knowledge of computational software (Primus, Mosaico, STR Vision); Knowledge of NTC 2018 and Eurocodes, minimum familiarity with BIM Standards UNI 11337 and ISO 19650; Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, dedicated to teamwork in order to achieve common objectives and undertake continuous professional growth in BIM; Basic knowledge of English language.Theoretical and practical interviews on BIM modeling and management software will be conducted.Compensation and employment level will be based on actual experience and knowledge acquired.Five non-continuous and optional days of SW per monthBIM specialist BIM UNI 1337-7 and UNI/PdR 78:2020 certificationThis announcement is aimed at both sexes, pursuant to laws 903/77 and 125/91, and to people of all ages and all nationalities, pursuant to legislative decrees 215/03 and 216/03.#J-18808-Ljbffr
