PRetail HR Business Partnerbr/Reporting to the HR Manager, the Retail HR Business Partner acts as the HR point of contact for retail employees, including managers, managing all activities related to HR practices and policies for stores in their respective area. Responsibilities include: /p ol liVisiting company stores regularly; /li liRecruiting store staff for new openings and turnover; /li liSupporting learning processes and induction activities; /li liInvolving store staff in the company’s values and culture; /li liSupporting communication of company policies; /li liTalent management, developing plans, and rotating top talents within the organization; /li liAnalyzing staff needs for follow-up and updates; /li liSupporting the HR Payroll Specialist with policy and administrative issues as the first contact point for store staff; /li liManaging Compensation Benefits programs aligned with company strategy. /li /ol p liaising with the HR Central Department on legal practices and labor law. The ideal candidate will have: /p ul liUniversity Degree; /li liAt least 6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international retail organization; /li liGood knowledge of HRM best practices; /li liExcellent administrative skills with high speed and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects; /li liLabor Law knowledge; /li liStress resistance, solid problem-solving, and business acumen; /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; /li liStrong decision-making and problem-solving skills; /li liFluency in English. /li /ul pOur client is a leading multinational company in the retail sector.
