YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead and manage the Electrical and Special Systems Design Team
2. Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with project objectives
3. Monitor project progress, timelines, and resource planning
4. Ensure proper implementation of internal processes and engineering standards
5. Design electrical and special systems for engine and vehicle testing facilities
6. Prepare technical documentation, including: technical reports; technical specifications and tender documents; cost estimates and bills of quantities
7. Develop electrical single-line diagrams
8. Produce layout drawings and system plans
9. Perform calculations and system sizing
YOUR PROFILE:
10. Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial plant/electrical system design
11. Degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma as an Electrical Technician
12. Proven leadership and team management skills
13. Proficiency in AutoCAD
14. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
15. Solid understanding of relevant standards and regulations Low Voltage, EMC, Machinery Directive, ATEX)
16. Availability for short business trips within Italy and occasional international travel
17. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
18. Dynamic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
19. English language knowledge (from good to advanced)

20. Experience with Progetto Integra software
21. Experience with DiaLux software
22. Experience with Eplan P8
23. Experience with TNE software
24. Knowledge of Performance Level calculation tools
25. Familiarity with PLC-based systems
26. Registration to Professional Association
