Join our company as an Junior IT Technician with entry-level skills to provide technical support to end users at our customers.
What about your responsibilities?
- Assist senior technicians through hands-on on-site support activities
- Handle incidents and service requests with guidance
- Perform PC and mobile device staging (imaging, enrolment, tagging, testing)
- Support laptops, desktops, iPhones, iPads and other workplace devices
- Conduct routine meeting room and AV device check
- Asset management
- Support printer-related basic issues
- Escalate complex issues with proper documentation
Location: Sesto San Giovanni (Milano)
Employment contract: 1-year fixed-term (with possibility to move to permanent)

Requirements:
- 1 year of IT experience (or equivalent) in a similar role
- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, Office 365, ITSM and other workplace applications and tools
- Basic understanding of endpoint hardware, peripherals and mobile devices
- Foundational troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Awareness of HAM concepts (asset tagging, CMDB updates)
- Familiarity with ticketing system
- Fluent English and fluent Italian
- Communicative and supportive attitude
