Junior reporting specialist

PpThe Junior Reporting Specialist will join the Italian Finance team and will support reporting activities for Italy, Spain, and Brazil, reporting directly to the Manager Finance Brazil Spain and Reporting Italy. /p pThis role is ideal for a junior professional with a strong interest in data analysis, financial reporting, and digital innovation. /p h3Role and Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport periodic financial reporting activities /li liContribute to month-end closing processes, including: /li liPreparation of Balance Sheet and PL with Business Unit analysis /li liAccruals for vendor and HR-related costs /li liAnalysis and management of deferred and unbilled revenues /li liPreparation of sales, orders, and backlog reports /li liSupport SOX compliance activities /li liPerform account reconciliations and data consistency checks /li liDraft and update Finance procedures and process documentation /li liCollaborate with international Finance teams (Spain and Brazil) /li liSupport the implementation and use of digital and AI-based tools to improve efficiency and data quality /li /ul h3Qualifications and Education Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related fields /li li1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in structured or multinational environments /li /ul h3Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities /h3 ul liAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel /li liAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detail /li liProactive attitude and willingness to learn /li liBasic experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Navision and/or SAP) /li liStrong interest in Artificial Intelligence and its application in Finance processes /li liFluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 pCurrency: EUR /p pSalary Minimum: 30,000 /p pSalary Maximum: 40,000 /p pIncentive: No /p pDisclaimer: Where a specific pay range is noted, it is a good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
