Ph3Your Role At A Glance /h3 ul liDefine and execute customer adoption strategy across the full lifecycle, maximizing the value customers derive from our solutions. /li liDesign scalable, multichannel adoption journeys – self‑service, virtual agents, human touchpoints – centered on customer experience. /li liLead and orchestrate complex adoption programs with full accountability for timelines, priorities, and outcomes. /li liAlign and mobilize cross‑functional teams (Product, Tech, Customer Success, Operations, Marketing) without direct authority, driving execution and impact. /li liTranslate strategic goals into concrete operational plans, tracking progress and measuring results. /li liChampion lateral thinking and innovation – finding unconventional approaches to boost engagement and product adoption. /li liLeverage usage data, customer feedback, and qualitative insights to continuously optimize adoption paths. /li liBuild, develop, and empower the adoption team, fostering professional growth and a strong sense of ownership. /li /ul h3What skills are we looking for? /h3 ul liIndustry track record – 5–8 years minimum in a comparable role within B2B markets, preferably in services or high‑tech products, with proven ability to drive measurable outcomes across complex, multi‑stakeholder environments. /li liStructured execution – proven ability to manage complex end‑to‑end initiatives: clear roadmaps, sharp priorities, consistent delivery. /li liPeople management – experience leading, motivating, and growing teams. /li liData‑driven mindset – ability to dive deep into usage data, behavioral patterns, and customer feedback to surface insights and guide decisions. /li liCross‑functional influence – the ability to deliver results through teams and stakeholders without direct reporting lines. /li liComfort with ambiguity – confident decision‑making and direction‑setting even with incomplete information. /li liStakeholder communication – clarity, authority, and the ability to align across all levels of the organization. /li liThink outside the box – genuine drive for innovation, experimentation, and creative problem‑solving. /li liInvent simplify – talent for cutting through complexity and designing adoption journeys that are clear, effective, and scalable. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 pSkills matter – but they're not enough.
