Our client is a leading international group in the
intralogistics automation sector
, specializing in the design and sales of forklifts, warehouse equipment, and automated systems.
The group operates with multiple brands across various market segments, with a presence in over 100 countries, consolidated revenues of more than €8 billion, and over 30,000 employees.
Your New Role
Reporting to the CEO of the brand experiencing the fastest market expansion, we are looking for a
Strategy Manager.
The role will support the CEO (a German speaker) in designing and implementing various company projects, primarily focused on
salesforce effectiveness
, such as:
1. go-to-market strategy;
2. market sizing;
3. channel partnerships;
4. pricing strategy;
5. product portfolio redefinition…
also initiatives, always on a medium-to-long-term basis, related to the
cost-efficiency side
of the P&L, such as:
a) supply chain optimization;
b) Industry 4.0 implementation;
c) digital transformations.
The
underlying activities
naturally require:
1. the ability to
collect
, process, and present complex
data
and scenarios;
2. project management
skills;
3. leadership
skills, both with the CEO and with other directors and internal/external stakeholders;
4. the ability to work in an
international context
(production in Asia, HQ in Germany, with a focus on Italy).
What You'll Need to Succeed
* 3-5 years
(but we won't rule out 2 to 8 years)
of experience at a
"top strategy firm"
.
* Experience, ideally, in
industrial automation
or, more generally, in the
manufacturing sector
(we will not consider candidates from the financial services industry).
* Experience with projects related to
sales effectiveness
and/or cost-efficiency as described in the "Your New Role" section.
* English proficiency level
of C1 or higher; German is a nice to have.
* Flexibility in adapting to different company moments.
Job Location
* North-West Milan
* Travel Percentage: Limited, but we may ask you to accompany the CEO on various business trips.
* Smart Working: 40%
Salary and Benefits
The salary package and classification will depend on actual experience and starting values.
However, we anticipate a salary package consisting of a fixed component
(€60-80k, indicative)
, a variable component, and any additional benefits that can be negotiated.
