Your Role We are looking for an energetic Senior Talent Acquisition AI & Tech Recruiter to join our HQ Talent Acquisition Team in Cesena (Italy). This specialist will work closely with Tech business leaders to attract and select the best tech and digital talent in the market effectively implement the people strategy and foster a great Technogym culture. In this role you will also be crucial in building / enhancing overall Technogym employer branding awareness and developing a network with key talent communities on site campus recruitment for short / long-term opportunities. Your Impact Identify the most effective recruiting channels and manage the overall recruiting process for junior mid and senior profiles across several business functions Liaise with the Digital R&D HR business partner and business leaders to gain insight into short / mid / long-term business needs and talent challenges Use data-based & CRM evidence to address hiring manager expectations about the labor market and recruiting process Define strategic initiatives to build up external talent pipelines talent communities. Recommend continuous improvement to practices processes or policies to advance the Talent Acquisition function Provide support to the Hiring Manager on the Talent Acquisition processes and transformation projects Participate in global projects to support the delivery of the overall Talent Attraction strategy Support the development of innovative Employer Branding and Talent Attraction strategies establishing long-term relationships with best-in-class University and school partners Act as a true Technogym brand ambassador defining and implementing communication to increase employer brand awareness in the market About You You are super passionate about working out and technology enthusiastic and proactive while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have exceptional interpersonal team-building and communication skills with a strong customer service mindset. What you should bring : Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment and selection of technical profiles (cloud architecture or backend developers profiles data engineers machine learning experts etc) 5 years of experience in digital product companies and or in Tech consulting companies Masters Degree preferably in Economics Psychology or a Tech field English C1 and international experience. Experience with the full-cycle recruitment process preferably within multinational companies Knowledge of selection techniques recruiting strategies and channels and assessment tools and methodologies Knowledge of AI screening AI Sourcing Psycometric testing and Head-Hunting techniques Business partnership approach & love of headhunting Strong teamwork and the ability to listen while influencing others Strong passion and link with the Technology ecosystem (communities networking fresh tech stacks events innovations) Drive tenacity and a client-focused results-oriented approach HCM / SAP SuccessFactors ability Technogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer Technogym is an equal opportunities employer.
