The role
We’re looking for a digital “power user” to grow Gelesis digital presence—social, content ops, community, performance support, web site, marketing automation, and smart use of AI tools.
Ideal fit: fast, curious, experiment-driven, hands-on. Healthcare compliance awareness is a must.
Junior candidates with a strong portfolio are welcome.
Reporting to the Brand Manager, we’re hiring a hands-on Digital & Social Media Specialist who loves shipping content, testing ideas, and using tools (including AI) to move faster—while staying compliant in healthcare.
What you’ll do
* Own day-to-day digital and social media operations: editorial calendar, copy, publishing, community moderation
* Produce and coordinate educational content, working with internal stakeholders and/or agencies
* Support paid performance initiatives (Meta/Google/TikTok where appropriate): creatives, A/B tests, optimizations
* Improve landing pages and digital journeys (basic CRO mindset; coordinate with web/dev as needed)
* Support email marketing and automation workflows (segmentation, nurture journeys)
* Use AI tools to accelerate content creation and analysis—with strong quality control and compliance awareness
* Track and report key KPIs (engagement, traffic, CPL/CPA, conversion rates, sentiment, community growth)
What you bring
* 1–4 years of experience in digital/social or growth roles (portfolio is key—personal projects count)
* Working knowledge of analytics and ad platforms (GA4, Meta Business Suite/Ads, Google Ads basics)
* Writing skills and digital taste
* High speed + high ownership: test → learn → iterate
* Italian & English proficiency for international collaboration
* Prior exposure to regulated/healthcare environments
