Role Description
As part of the JD team, you will acquire the skills necessary to ensure the best possible service to our customers.
Responsibilities
1. Customer Service:
o Assist customers throughout the sales process, from selection to purchase, ensuring targets are met;
o Provide alternatives and maximize sales by leveraging digital channels offered by the company, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction;
2. Visual Merchandising:
o Assist in maintaining sales standards;
o Check stock levels on the sales floor, replacing items as necessary to ensure a full range of sizes is available.
Requirements
* Preferably some experience in customer contact outside the retail environment;
* Excellent communication and customer management skills.
