Responsibilities Provide first and second level support and problem resolution for customer issues. Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV issues as needed. Communicate promptly regarding issue status and resolutions. Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems (XP, Windows 7, 8.1, 10) and Microsoft Office 2010. Support Cisco Jabber and other authorized desktop applications. Have basic knowledge of Mac OS to support Apple PC users. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware. Perform general preventive maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers. Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware/software issues. Have broad IT knowledge, including basic understanding of networks, servers, audio/visual equipment, smart devices, and telecom systems. This role requires flexibility and teamwork in a project-based environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Must possess a valid work permit. Extensive knowledge of IT and computers. Several years of relevant experience preferred.
