Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian for inquiries related to logistics and transportation services. - Assist customers with shipment tracking' delivery schedules' and logistics solutions. - Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally. - Document customer interactions accurately for effective follow-up. - Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met. - Stay updated on company services' policies' and industry trends to provide accurate information. - Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives. Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken. - Previous experience in customer service' particularly in logistics or transportation is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on providing excellent customer care. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. - Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently. - Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is a plus. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including weekends and holidays' if required.
