Key Accountabilities
* Serve as the main point of contact between Design and Technical teams for the transformation of creative ideas into patterns and prototypes for women’s handbags.
* Coordinate and oversee all phases of pattern making and prototyping, ensuring technical feasibility without compromising aesthetics.
* Facilitate communication and problem-solving between creative and technical teams.
Requirements
Functional
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
* Proven experience in pattern making and prototyping of handbags.
* Deep knowledge of leather goods manufacturing processes.
* Leadership and team development abilities.
* Fluency in both Italian and English.
Key challenges
* Acting as a bridge between Design and Technical teams.
* Translating innovative design concepts into technically feasible patterns and prototypes while maintaining aesthetic excellence.
* Managing tight development calendars while ensuring quality and precision in results for special projects.
