Activities:
The role is part of the EMEA Financial Controlling, based in Varese area.
The primary purpose of this role is to support Senior Leadership and experienced team members by meaningful analysis and reporting.
Objectives:
This internship is designed to give hands-on exposure to a wide variety of analytical and specialized Financial Planning and Analysis, including:
Monthly and quarterly closing and reporting processes
KPI reporting
Pricing and cost analysis
What you will learn:
Financial analysis and reporting
Data analysis and use of metrics
Inventory Management
Overhead budgeting
Qualifications
Technical Skills and personal aspects:
Critical Thinking & Decision Making: Ability to make logical and sound decisions and to know when to act independently and when to seek assistance.
Curiosity & Learning Orientation: Actively identifying new areas for learning and applying newly gained knowledge/skill on the job.

Preferred University course: Corporate Finance, Accounting, Economics
Interpersonal skills & communication: Ability to work collaboratively and partner well with others, express oneself verbally and in writing, and listen.
IT skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Language: English and Italian
