MJM Production Limited We are growing and looking for experienced: Bread Bakers A Bread Baker prepares and bakes bread and related bakery products by weighing ingredients, mixing and kneading dough, managing fermentation and proofing, shaping and portioning loaves, and baking to the required quality standards. The role also includes maintaining strict hygiene and food safety (HACCP), cleaning equipment and work areas, and organizing daily production to meet demand while minimizing waste. ? Requirements Experience is a must in the role you are applying forNon-EU citizens: valid Skills Pass + Food Handling + Qr CodeEU citizens: valid Food Handling (or ready to obtain it quickly)Previous experience as a bread baker (preferred)Good knowledge of dough mixing, fermentation/proofing, shaping and bakingAble to follow recipes and maintain consistent quality standardsUnderstanding of food safety and hygiene (HACCP)Physically fit for a fast-paced environment (standing, lifting trays/flour bags)Reliable and punctual, able to work early mornings/night shifts, weekends and public holidaysBasic English communication skills ?
