Key job responsibilities

* Conduct thorough root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement preventative solutions

* Perform physical repairs and equipment maintenance across data center environments
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive comprehensive technical solutions

Basic Qualifications
* High school or equivalent diploma
* Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
* Experience in networking
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
