Elevate the brand image and having a strong understanding of the brand DNAClient ManagementSupport Sales Advisors when neededAdvise clients to find products easilyEnsure first class client service is delivered and support the sales team by preparing products and advising them on stock availability or whenever the CORE product is scarce and a replenishment is necessaryActively drive your product knowledge to ensure you are fully up to date on the whole product range including product care, stock availability and after services offered
Stock Management
Ensure stock room standards that reflect the brand image at all timesMake sure that the appropriate quantity of products are in stock, all products are boxed, labelled and stored correctly in the stock room and products on display are properly maintained to reduce stock damageAll internal stock transfers are properly reordered at the time of movementConduct weekly rotative inventories and stock takes so that stock loss is minimizedComment and explain discrepancies and resolve the issue by searching for missing products and double checking all stockReport KPIs to the store managerReplenish products to ensure sufficient availability of products on the shop floor at all timesEnsure that the stock room is easily accessible and follows all local H&S; guidelinesInform the store management about out-of-stock items etcCheck stationary, supplies, packaging stock levels and place orders to ensure supplies do not run outOrder Follow-up & ControlProcess delivery invoices in a timely mannerCheck all deliveries and confirm that the stock delivered corresponds to the invoices and that no stock is damagedCommunicate with the supply chain team in a timely manner with issues regarding delivery couriers, customs issues etcProcess all orders on a daily basis, in a timely manner to make sure the standards are reflected and the performance maintainedOpen tickets to raise eventual issues
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Minimum 2/5 years experience in sales and stock control in a fashion environment, preferably luxuryFluent level of Italian and English – any other language will be considered a plusUnderstanding of Retail KPIsPassionate representative of the Thom Browne worldHighly organized, self-motivated with strong interpersonal skillsGood team player and ability to work independentlyConfident, professional, comfortable working autonomously; strong communication both written and verbal.
