This role will contribute to the smooth running of key HR processes, ensuring operational excellence and a positive employee experience. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate core stages of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment follow‑up, offer communication, documentation collection, hiring and onboarding. /li liRecruitment and onboarding (candidate screening, first contacts, interviews, offers preparation, document collection). /li liCoordinate payroll inputs and ensure accurate data submission in a defined area of responsibility. /li liSupport compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and Collective Agreements. /li liSupport the administration and planning of mandatory training, including maintaining training calendars, and preparing compliance documentation and company audits. /li liProvide high‑quality front and back‑office support to employees and managers, ensuring efficient query resolution and documentation handling. /li liContribute to DEI commitments by supporting the management and integration of employees with disabilities. /li liAssist Quality Audits related to HR processes and regulatory compliance.
