Reporting directly to the CFO, the Head of Administration Treasury is responsible for overseeing all administrative and accounting operations across the Group, ensuring accurate and timely financial records, compliance with statutory requirements, and efficient treasury management. /p pThis role includes group consolidation and supervision of administration and treasury processes for all legal entities, ensuring consistency and integration. It is a strategic position that supports business growth, operational stability, and financial integrity. /p h3Key Responsibilities Tasks /h3 ul liGroup Oversight: Supervise administrative and accounting activities for all legal entities, ensuring compliance with local and international standards and company policies. /li liGroup Consolidation: Manage the preparation of consolidated financial statements and reporting for management and the Board. /li liAccounting Compliance: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and general ledger activities; ensure timely tax filings and statutory obligations. /li liClosing Processes: Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes with accuracy and timeliness. /li liTreasury Management: Supervise cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, and financial risk management. /li liGrants Public Funding: Collaborate with the CFO to manage participation in national public grants and funding programs, ensuring proper documentation and compliance. /li liInternal Controls: Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity. /li liProcess Optimization: Drive digitalization and continuous improvement of administrative and treasury workflows. /li liLeadership: Lead and develop the administration team, fostering collaboration with FPA, Legal, Procurement, and Business Units. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. /li liMinimum 8 years of experience in administration/accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. /li liStrong knowledge of Italian and international accounting standards (IFRS) and tax regulations. /li liProven experience in group consolidation and managing multiple legal entities. /li liExpertise in treasury operations, cash management, and banking relationships. /li liExperience with public grants and funding programs. /li liProficiency with ERP systems and digital accounting tools. /li liExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. /li liStrong leadership and ability to work cross‑functionally. /li /ul h3Performance Indicators /h3 ul liAccuracy and timeliness of consolidated financial statements and reports. /li liCompliance with statutory deadlines and audit requirements. /li liEfficiency and digitalization of administrative and treasury processes. /li liSuccessful management of public grants and funding programs. /li liTeam performance and professional development. /li liLiquidity and cash flow metrics (e.g., cash conversion cycle, days liquidity on hand). /li liCost and efficiency of banking operations. /li liCompliance with treasury policies and controls. /li /ul h3Hiring Process /h3 ul liApplication review: We go through all applications, but we’ll only reach out to candidates who closely match what we’re looking for.
