Reporting to the Store Manager of our store in Serravalle Designer Outlet, the Supervisor, in addition to sales activities, actively collaborates with Store Management in monitoring and managing the activities of operations, as well as to the achievement of store objectives. The role involves performing the following activities and responsibilities: - Management in collaboration with Store Management, on Team coaching and training activities; - Promotion of company tools (HB University, SOM, etc) to provide the staff with product information and sales techniques, aimed at achieving the commercial objectives; - Participation with Store Management in creating a work environment that is positive and high performance; - Continuous updating and sharing with sales staff on product & trend Hugo Boss, on VM guidelines and store organizational standards; - Daily sharing with Store Management regarding the performance of the staff on the sales floor and proactive collaboration in providing useful ideas to improve the business results; - Continuous feedback to Store Management on product and sales to improve and drive sales performance; - Acting as a Brand Ambassador, promoting brand values and philosophy and ensuring excellent customer service, in order to meet and exceed the commercial goals; - Reporting to and be responsible, in collaboration with Store Management, for any critical issues on the sales floor with staff or customers (complaints, returns, transactions, etc) - Support Store Management in organizing the sales plan (zooning, coverages, planning etc) - Responsible for store opening/closing operations, collaboration on back office administrative activities (reporting, transfers, opening/closing tills, retail teamwear etc) - Advanced use of all business systems (BIS, SAP, SOVIA, MOCCA, OMNICHANNEL, etc.) Profilo - At least two years of experience in Retail - Good verbal and written communication in English - Previous experience in a similar management role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environment - Passion for fashion - Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business - Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge - Willingness to constantly learn & develop - Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal - Experience in networking & building relationships - Attention to details and problem solving skills - Curious and proactive mindset, focused on goal achievement Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato Stipendio: €1.829,00 - €1.830,00 al mese Benefit: - Buoni pasto Orario: - Festivo - Straordinari - Turni - Weekend Tipi di retribuzione supplementare: - Commissione - Quattordicesima - Straordinario - Tredicesima Esperienza: - supervisione: 2 anni (Obbligatorio) Lingua: - Inglese (Obbligatorio)
