The Professional Services Engineer will implement, configure new client accounts(websites), and update software according to defined requirements. Excellent English communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders to accomplish project goals.
As a Junior Professional Services Engineer, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with clients, internal teams, and senior engineers to ensure the successful implementation, integration, and optimization of our innovative software products.
Position Location - Latam (remote)
Time Zone Requirements - This team operates on the East/West Coast time zones.
How you'll make an impact:
* Be fluent in English. Having the ability to communicate articulately both verbally and writing.
* Able to implement, setup, and configure new client accounts.
* Give support to client's tickets(issues).
* Manage multiple websites at the same time.
* Collaborate with senior engineers and consultants to understand client requirements and project objectives.
* Assist in the deployment, configuration, and customization of our software solutions based on client needs.
* Participate in software testing, quality assurance, and debugging activities.
* Provide technical support to clients throughout the implementation process and post-implementation phases.
* Work closely with clients to troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
* Develop and deliver training sessions to clients to ensure successful utilization of our software products.
* Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, including user guides and solution specifications.
* Communicate project progress and updates to internal teams and clients in a clear and concise manner.
* Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance service offerings.
What we're looking for:
Minimum requirements:
* 1 year of experience in Software configuration for different kinds of clients.
* Strong passion for technology and a genuine interest in software implementation.
* Basic understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
* Experience giving support to clients.
* Experience in Agile methodologies.
* Being familiar with server configuration.
* Being familiar with web-based applications and common Internet protocols and conventions (web browsers, email, HTTP, FTP).
* Having knowledge of web development and databases (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL).
* Being familiar with Virtual Machines and VPN connections.
* Candidates must be proactive, responsible and a team player.
