As a Quality Manager, you will report directly to the Plant Quality Manager and will have the opportunity to manage a highly complex manufacturing department, ensuring excellent quality standards. Main responsibilities: • Track and review internal quality performance KPIs (e.g., waste, rework, costs); • Conduct end-of-line and process tests; • Oversee finished product quality assurance; • Investigate and troubleshoot quality-related product or production issues; • Prepare, execute, and follow up on internal process or system audits. PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE You have a degree in Management or Mechanical Engineering. You have at least 4 years of experience in a complex environment as a Quality Engineer. You are able to read and interpret technical drawings. You possess good knowledge of quality tools (Fishbone, 5 Whys, root cause analysis, etc.). You have good knowledge of MS Office. You have basic statistical skills. You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, are proactive, and inspire others to be proactive too! You have people management skills. You see solutions rather than problems and excel at solving problems. You love challenges and take your responsibilities seriously.
