Role Description
In this role, you will be a key figure in managing and supporting the people who work with us. You’ll work closely with the internal team and external consultants to ensure flawless handling of all payroll-related processes.
You’ll help create an environment of transparency and trust, providing clear and timely answers regarding payslips, compensation, and labour law matters.
You will be a point of reference for all team members and collaborators, offering high-quality support on national labour contracts (CCNL), union issues, and legal matters — always with the goal of building a positive and collaborative work climate.
You’ll be responsible for payroll operations for Forno Brisa and the other bakeries in the group, contributing with your expertise and passion to the wellbeing of our team and the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing around 250 monthly payslips
* Managing the full range of employee lifecycle administrative tasks: communicating hires and terminations, contract changes, Unilav submissions, and targeted placement procedures
* Handling monthly and annual payroll obligations
* Managing relationships with social security and insurance institutions, pension funds, etc.
* Clearly and effectively communicating complex topics to team members and collaborators (this skill will be tested during the interview)
* Managing annual declarations: Inail self-assessment, CU, 730, 770
* Supporting personnel cost analysis, budgeting, monthly forecasts, and reconciliations
* Creating HR reports and statistics
* Helping align welfare, compensation systems, and organizational policies across the group’s bakeries
Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
* Good knowledge of labour law and payroll regulations
* Familiarity with the “CCNL Pubblici Esercizi” (knowledge of CCNL for Bakers, Artisans, Commerce and Small Industry is a plus)
* Experience with Zucchetti payroll software
* Strong command of Excel
