Position: The Go to Market & Business Development team is a crucial function as it represents a link between local Countries and HQ and it is a cross-junction between Retail, Marketing and Demand planning. The Go to Market defines the 360° strategy of new launches coordinating its implementation on a global level and in line with HQ standards. Reporting to the Go to Market & Business Development Manager, the Go to Market & Business Development Support will have the following responsibilities: - Monitor through quantitative and qualitative analysis local markets’ forecasts on sales, POSM and visual merchandising items - Creation of qualitative and quantitative reports for new launches activations and performances (sell in, sell out, sell through, stock level, ROI) - Support the Go to Market Manager in providing the local teams with execution guidelines (trade marketing, visual merchandising etc.) to guarantee each launch is locally implemented in line with global standards - Supporting the sharing of best practices across local markets and HQ departments Profile: - Good communication, interpersonal and project management skills to interact with different local markets WW - Proactivity, enthusiasm, attention to details & problem solving attitude - Previous experience in GTM, Brand Management, Business Analysis or Trade Marketing within the beauty & luxury sector, Retail/GDO will be considered a plus - Proficiency in Italian and English (other languages will be considered a plus) Proficiency in Excel and good sensitivity to numbers
