Sales professional for semiconductor industry

**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager. This role requires a strong understanding of the semiconductor industry and excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**

* Work closely with customers and distribution partners to achieve design wins and increase account penetration.
* Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers.
* Research and develop new customers and business segments.
* Develop account strategy and execute business plans.
* Effectively handle customer issues.

**Requirements**

* Minimum 4 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry.
* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
* Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and experience working with semiconductor products.

**Skills and Qualifications**

* Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, including negotiating contracts and closing deals.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
* Fluent in English and Italian with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
