Offer basic guidance on HR policies and procedures, supporting HR colleagues in understanding and applying internal guidelinesAssist in the coordination of activities related to program and change management, promoting communication and collaboration within the team, and supporting Employee Relations (ER) initiativesAct as point of contact with Payroll department and provide operational support for personnel administration matters
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience related in Labor Relations acquired in a multinational company with complex organizations or in a consultancy xrdztoy firmKnowledge of Italian labor legislation, union and works council protocols, Human Resources practices, including handling and resolving employees complaintsMaster's degree preferably in legal or economic disciplinesProficiency in English both in speaking and writing
