Reports to: Digital CRM & Media Director Italy

As digitalization accelerates across all divisions, our business model increasingly relies on seamless digital and physical client journeys. To support this transformation, we are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Digital Team in Italy.
Your mission: leverage data for actionable client insights that empower all our divisions and markets.
Collect and analyze data from multiple sources
Collaborate closely with Divisions to understand data needs and develop tailored analyses and solutions
Maintain and enhance data systems and analytical tools to ensure accuracy and relevance
Conduct complex analyses and synthesize findings into impactful, decision-ready reporting
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field
~2–4 years of experience in a data/analytics role, ideally in retail, luxury, or CRM
~ Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI
~ Familiarity with Salesforce and Imagino
~ Fluent in English; Italian is a strong plus
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
Strong communication skills and ability to train non-technical users
Proactive, autonomous, and passionate about the luxury industry
