Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to business analysis and pricing strategy analysis for ABB Electrification - Installation Products division. You will support the team in analyzing market data, internal sales data to drive informed business decisions.
Each day, you will work with data analysis tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights. You will also have the chance to learn about pricing strategies, market dynamics, and business intelligence in a global industrial context.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Area, Installation Products division. Main stakeholders are Sales teams, Marketing and Product Management.
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
* Collecting and organizing internal sales and financial data to support business analysis
* Supporting the creation of reports and presentations with data-driven insights for Marketing and Sales management teams. Assisting in building sales analyses to support strategic decision-making
* Extracting and analyzing data from sales and financial tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Excel) to measure business performance and identify opportunities
* Supporting the development and maintenance of business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools
* Gathering and analyzing market pricing data from ABB offerings and competitors to support pricing strategy development. Assisting in monitoring pricing guidelines application and analyzing pricing structures across different markets
* Learning and applying pricing concepts and methodologies under the guidance of experienced professionals
Qualifications for the role
* You have recently completed or are completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analysis, or Engineering
* You are passionate about data analysis and enjoy working with numbers to extract meaningful insights
* You have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization). Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus
* You have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
* You are detail-oriented with good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. You are a team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* You are at ease communicating in Italian and English
