We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales to lead and expand our global commercial strategy. The successful candidate will oversee all sales and marketing activities, manage key client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure alignment between our innovative product offerings and market needs. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s commercial roadmap during a critical phase of technological transformation in the elevator sector. Key Responsibilities : Define and execute the commercial strategy in alignment with the company’s vision and technological roadmap; Build, lead, and manage European sales network, business development, and marketing teams; Identify new business opportunities in European markets (with specific focus on Scandinavian Countries and DACH Countries) and consolidate the domestic market; Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders; Work effectively within a group context, focusing on cross-company collaboration and alignment on strategies; Manage an established product portfolio independently and strategically, maintaining and growing commercial performance (approx. EUR 18 million); Analyze market trends and competitors to guide product positioning and initiatives; Collaborate with R&D and Product Development teams to align market needs with technical capabilities; Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial terms; Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets and KPIs; Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and customer meetings. Requirements : Degree in Business Management, Administration, Engineering, or related fields (preferred); Proven experience in senior commercial or sales leadership roles, preferably in the elevator industry or related sectors like telecommunications, security, IoT; Strong understanding of B2B technology sales and international market dynamics; Familiarity with mobile communication technologies (2G / 3G / 4G / 5G), cloud platforms, and predictive maintenance systems is highly desirable; Experience with business agreements, service contracts, IoT solutions, and after-sales business is preferred; Excellent leadership and people management skills; Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities; Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus; Willingness to travel as needed.
