We are looking for a Global Omnichannel Wholesale Manager to join KIKO MILANO E-Commerce Team, reporting to the Global Head of Wholesale E-Commerce.
Such talent is responsible for coordinating, planning, and enabling the performance and perfect execution of the Wholesale channel, both online and offline, acting as a central point of aggregation, analysis, and alignment between HQ and local teams.
Act as the main HQ contact point for KAMs and local Wholesale & Marketplace teams; participate in Wholesale Committees and support agenda preparation
Monitor coherence and adherence to the agreed commercial strategy across partners and geographies
Gather and consolidate Joint Business Plans from partners into a single, structured Activity Master Plan (AMP)
Gather and consolidate sales forecasts and planning inputs from all Key Account Managers across Wholesale and Marketplace partners
Collaborate with the Demand Planning team to support the development and execution of the S&OP; process for Wholesale and Marketplace
Collect, analyse and monitor performance data from KAMs (e.g. sell-out by partner, SKU and point of sale; KIKO brand ranking within partner sales)
Maintain and update partners' margin monitoring dashboards, perform relevant analyses and share insights with the Head of Channel, KAMs and Wholesale Committee when appropriate
3/5 years of professional experience in Wholesale, Commercial Planning, Marketplaces, Sales Operations, Business Planning or similar roles, preferably in an international or multi-channel environment
~ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Finance, Engineering or other quantitative / analytical fields
~ Proven experience working with Omnichannel Wholesale and/or Marketplace partners, including performance tracking, forecasting and commercial coordination
~ Proven experience in commercial roles within similar industries, preferably in the beauty sector
~ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills, and hands-on experience with forecasting tools
~ Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools is considered a plus
~ Experience in cross-functional roles involving Demand Planning, Finance, Commercial or HQ teams is highly valued
~ Fluency in English is a must have
