Ph3About the role /h3pAs a Maintenance Manager, you’ll lead a team of around 14 multi-skilled technicians covering HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Building, and Refrigeration. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues across Property and our trusted external contractors to deliver safe, efficient, and high-performing maintenance operations. /ppThe Hiring Manager for this role is Jorge McCallum. /ph3You will be responsible for /h3ulliEnsuring there is a safe environment and promoting a safety conscious culture for those who work in our surrounding London stores. Effectively interpret insights and analysis to shape strategic thinking, identifying clear opportunities for improvement and additional value. /liliDeveloping and leading a high performing maintenance team, giving them the opportunities and guidance required for the team to be their best. Forecasting and managing budgets effectively, always being cost conscious. /liliDelivering great KPI results with year-on-year improvement. /liliCollaborating with the rest of the business to ensure the solutions are truly co-developed and owned at a local level. Analysis of complex data to come to timely decisions. /liliBuilding internal and external networks Risk management and strategic thinking. Commercial and business acumen. /liliComputer literacy. /liliKnowledge of the latest building standards and regulations. /liliGood understanding of third-party contractor management and building maintenance best practices. /liliTrade technical or industry management skills - City Guilds, HND/HNC in an engineering or construction related discipline. /liliPrevious experience of managing and leading both site static and remote maintenance teams. /liliDevising and implementing change programmes. /liliPrevious Technical Building Services / Maintenance Engineering Experience.
