As SR. IT Manager - Digital Development, you will report directly to the Director of Global Custom Software Solutions CoE and will be responsible for the Development teams building PPG’s backbone for Digital Commerce. Accountable for tools, processes, staffing and execution of the respective areas. Key Responsibilities: - Build out US Scrum team for Digital delivery (BA, Tech Lead, Developers, SQAs) - Supervise development activities related to eCommerce Digital platform - Responsible for non-functional requirements (maintainability, performance, availability, RTO, etc.) - Actively manage technical debt of the software product, extend useful life of the asset - Build relationship with Product Owners, ensure accurate involvement in backlog prioritization - Establish team metrics and monitor them throughout the SDLC - Work together with other technical teams (Solution Architecture, DevOps, Security) throughout the development process - Ensure coding standards are enforced - Build comprehensive test strategy with special focus on regression test automation Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent education with 12 years of IT experience - Proven leadership experience in crafting and enhancing Software Products - Delivered Software Products both in Agile and Waterfall methodology - Experience with internal customer management (Product Owners, SMEs) - Worked in a CI/CD environment - Flexibility to travel up to 10% including some international travel with flexibility in primarily working remotely using virtual means of collaborating with colleagues and managers ABOUT US: PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD The PPG Way Every single day at PPG: We partner with customers to create mutual value.
