Report to: Director of Food and Beverage


Main Duties and Responsibilities


Operational:


* Check daily operations in all outlets
* Ensure standard service
* Meet daily according to the HoD agenda
* Ensure calendar of daily checks and programs
* Ensure policies & procedures for operational actions
* Ensure the monthly outlet inventory (Capex – Opex)
* Ensure events calendar (Fashion, Furniture, Christmas, Easter)
* Ensure action plans
* Plan and lead weekly meetings



Administrative & Purchasing:


* Ensure all outlet procedures in purchasing program requisitions
* Improve administrative standards in payments (all outlets)
* Ensure Micros team program and QR code menu
* Ensure Food & Beverage menu engineering
* Ensure waste F&B program
* Improve IT program roles for all HoDs
* Ensure action plans


Financial & IT:


* Ensure check & analysis of daily revenue
* Ensure weekly & monthly analysis
* Ensure sharing of the monthly budget results
* Ensure and improve IT programs & policies
* Ensure roles for all departments (HR – DoF – GM – IT)
* Ensure P&L program
* Ensure action plans
* Ensure cost savings
* Ensure F&B cost control
* Assist F&B Directors in budget and reforecast


People & Hr :


* Ensure roster to HR & web portal
* Ensure vacancy planning with HoDs
* Organize meetings & agenda with HoDs
* Staff training & recognition programs with HoDs
* Ensure HR policy programs with HoDs


Strategic & Marketing:


* Ensure planning of events in all outlets
* Ensure competitor analysis twice per year
* Ensure promoted events in P&L
* Ensure promoted offers in beverage proposals
* Assist F&B Directors in strategic choices
* Assist F&B Directors in business planning
* Assist F&B Directors in relationships
