Job Purpose:
The Production Planning & New Launches Assistant supports the production planning activities and material planning for the new product launches, contributing to daily operations and continuous improvement initiative. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in an industrial environment and to develop a solid understanding of production planning processes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support production planning and scheduling activities in line with demand and capacity
* Assist in coordinating materials planning for new product and vehicle launches
* Assist in intercompany planning activities and improve accuracy
* Monitor production progress and support issue resolution
* Support data analysis, reporting, production orders updating, and KPI tracking
* Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
* Collaborate with Suppliers, Production, Quality, Controlling, Purchasing, and Logistics
Qualifications:
* Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus xdwybme
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
