The HR Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving HR operational excellence across the country by overseeing the Hire-to-Retire process, leading continuous improvement initiatives, supporting restructuring and employee relations activities, and implementing policies with global impact. This role also supports the execution of SBU strategies related to performance and talent management, while fostering local initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* HR Business Service Excellence (75%)
* Hire-to-Retire Process Management: Oversee country-level HR operations ensuring processes are consistent, efficient, and aligned with global standards while accommodating local specificities. Promote a culture of continuous improvement (CI) to enhance process effectiveness.
* Continuous Improvement (CI): Lead CI initiatives to improve operational excellence across the country. Support regional business needs by introducing innovative HR services, leveraging Operational Excellence methodologies, and sharing best practices.
* Restructuring and Employee Relations/Labour Relations (ER/LR): Provide support for workforce restructuring, including planning future state teams to ensure compliance and managing change effectively during workforce transitions.
* Policy Development & Implementation: Lead and coordinate policy development projects with a global impact, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and local requirements.
* SBU Strategy Implementation (20%)
* Performance Management: Support local goal-setting processes, clarify mid-year review procedures, conduct calibration training sessions, and ensure alignment with global talent management objectives.
* Talent Management Engagement: Provide insights on local talent pools for regional and global talent reviews. Collaborate with business leaders to identify high-potential employees and successors.
* Local Initiatives (5%)
* Develop and implement local initiatives focused on learning, wellness, and employee engagement to foster a positive organizational culture.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
* Experience in HR operations, preferably within a multinational or industrial environment
* Familiarity with HR systems and tools (e.g., Workday) is a plus
* Knowledge of labor laws and employee relations best practices
