POur client society is a multinational company which operates with architects and designers in order to create architectural products that meet the needs of each project. /ppbPlace of work : Mission : /b /ppThe selected person will be the Production Manager for Architectural Prometal and will have the objective of : /pulliExecution of projects and the evaluation of the pre-calculation for the production. /liliAdjusting production capacity to customer requirements. /liliComply with legal obligations. /liliMeeting the production planning targets. /liliSafeguard quality of all the products. /li /ulpJob Description : /ppbSpecifically, the resource will have the following tasks : /b /pulliPrepare a yearly production budget. /liliAnalyze and supervise post-calculations and production standards and adjust them to the required levels. /liliImprove quality and quantity of output along the LEAN principles. /liliPresentation of the project results to the relevant departments. /liliMonitoring projects (for service and financially). /liliTake improvement actions based upon KPI’s reporting : %Customer Claims and complaints, %Claims caused by suppliers, %Scrap, Illness Rate, Competence level of operators, OEE, Machine Maintenance plan fulfillment, Productivity, Production costs. /liliFollow up on the financial reporting. /liliGive assistance and direction for Pre-calculation of non-standard projects FCP’s (Factory cost prices). /liliProvide the internal organization with all the information related to the products. /liliSuggest new products / product and production improvements. /liliEnsure compliance with the Italian legislation : Industrial License, Environmental protection and waste management, Health and Safety Protection, Training, Work Organization, Other Legal requirements. /li /ulpbMinimum Requirements : /b /pulliDegree in Mechanical Engineering. /liliExperience in smaller companies. /lili7-12 years of experience in the field. /liliAnalytical skills. /liliKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing. /liliMust have Commercial skills. /liliLiving in the Vicenza-Padua area. /liliPrecision and Target-Orientation. /li /ulpbClassification : /b /ppThe remuneration package will be commensurate with the actual experience and in any case will be able to satisfy even the most qualified candidates. /ppJ-18808-Ljbffr /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
