We are recruiting a consultant to join our **Tax Team**team in **Padova**, who will be tasked with: - Analysing issues concerning domestic direct and indirect taxation and offering ongoing advice to companies;
- Expressing opinions on Italian and international tax matters (CFCs, blacklists, permanent establishments, withholding tax, etc.);
- Analysing the taxation of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.);
- Tax due diligence;
- Tax compliance.
- Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics_ This is the perfect opportunity for you if: - Up to 3 years of professional experience in leading firms;
- Master's degree in business or law;
- Intention of going into professional practice as a chartered accountant and/or lawyer;
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Strong organisational skills, an ability to take initiative and problem solving abilities; Flexible and dynamic approach.
