 
        
        The Assistant Site Manager supports the Site Manager in coordinating on-site operations for the prestigious MICO26 project, ensuring a working environment that meets client requirements while adhering to quality, safety, and contractual standards. They provide operational and administrative support, working closely with internal teams and service providers, and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient site operations. 
Responsibilities 
Site Management Support 
- Assist the Site Manager in coordinating on-site services. 
- Help monitor schedules, budgets, and daily operations. 
- Ensure safety instructions are followed and regulatory compliance is maintained. 
- Support the preparation of reports and performance tracking. 
Communication 
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams and service providers. 
- Participate in coordination meetings and draft meeting minutes. 
- Relay important information to the Site Manager and stakeholders. 
Operational Control 
- Assist in managing site handover and return procedures. 
- Help secure equipment and installations on-site. 
- Apply best practices in safety and sustainability. 
Quality and Sustainability 
- Support the implementation of quality and sustainability initiatives. 
- Raise awareness among stakeholders about best practices. 
- Report any issues or malfunctions to the Site Manager. 
Qualifications & Skills 
- Fluent in English and Italian 
- Understanding of safety rules and local regulations 
- Familiarity with site management processes 
- Organizational and coordination skills 
- Strong written and verbal communication 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools 
- Service-oriented and team player
