Join to apply for the EXPERT VENDITE INDIRETTE (IT) role at Plenitude.

Come Expert Vendite Indirette, part of Be Power. Your team, Business Development & Sales, handles negotiating and installing electric charging solutions on private or corporate land. Your role is crucial in supporting the growth of our partner and distributor network for B2B electric charging solutions. You will be responsible for setting activities, including scouting new partners for the indirect sales network and managing the existing network, working closely with internal teams to meet company goals.


Main Activities

* Support and monitor partners in promoting and selling our products and services, ensuring KPI achievement
* Identify and acquire new partners, distributors, and commercial agencies, strengthening the company's presence in the territory
* Provide ongoing training to partners on products, services, and sales strategies
* Analyze indirect sales results, prepare reports, and suggest corrective actions to improve performance
* Build and maintain trust-based relationships with partners, acting as a point of reference for operational and strategic needs
* Collaborate with marketing, sales engineering, and direct sales teams to ensure consistent execution of company strategies


Required Characteristics

* Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, Engineering; relevant experience may be considered in different fields or lower qualifications
* At least 3 years of experience in indirect sales roles, preferably in energy, telecommunications, or services
* Experience in onboarding and training partners
* Knowledge of CRM and sales management tools
* Good command of English
* Willingness to travel for visits and meetings with partners
